If you are having issues importing any of the Avada prebuilt websites, it might be due to some server-specific issues.
- Firstly, check the server status, and address anything showing anything in red. See How To Adjust System Status Limits, or speak to your Hosting company.
- Use the Continue button. If your import times out after a point when some imported steps have been saved, you can click on continue and the importer will attempt to complete the remaining steps of the import process.
- Alternatively, you can always use our Alternate Prebuilt Site Import Method. This ensures that prebuilt websites will import without issues.
