Avada Mega Menu not showing

If you created an Avada Mega Menu and are having trouble displaying it on your website, check if you are using a legacy header setup. If you are, you must change it by creating a Custom Header Layout and adding your Mega Menu Layout through the Menu Element to your Custom Header. An Avada Mega Menu can only be set up to work with a custom header layout.

My license has been locked, what does this mean and how can I unlock it?

An Avada license can be locked if our system flags it as having contravened Envato licensing terms and conditions . This would particularly mean using the same license on multiple live websites. Each live website should have its own license. When a license is locked, automatic updates will not work, and it cannot be used to register a new website. If your Avada license has been locked, you can request that it be unlocked via the unlock license page on My Avada. Note that you must register a My Avada account to submit the unlock request.

How do I unregister a license on a website I no longer have access to?

You may want to unregister an Avada website for several reasons, including no longer having access to the website or encountering a registration error stating that your purchase code is already in use. In these instances, you can unregister your license from the attached domain by logging in to your My Avada account, navigating to the licenses page , and clicking the unlink icon between the domain type and the domain name. Note that to do that, you should first register your My Avada account if you don't already have one. Please ensure that you add the license to your account via the licenses page .

How can I change the hover state styling for Avada Elements?

I am unable the find the 'send to email' option in Avada forms

Emails are managed via the notification tab in the Avada form options. You can add a new notification that will send emails to your desired email address along with automated replies.

I am trying to update my theme to latest version but getting a critical error

This can happen if you are updating from an older version and there is an incompatibility between Avada Core / Avada Builder and theme version itself, the solution is to simply Disable and Delete both Avada Core and Avada Builder plugin(s) manually and then reinstall the latest versions again from the Avada Dashboard.

"Your purchased code is being used on another domain" notice.

If you are receiving this message, there could be several reasons for this: The purchase code is registered to a website with a different domain. The website has migrated to a new domain, but the purchase code was not unregistered from the original domain. The domain name is the same, but the domain URL has changed. For example, the "www" prefix has either been added or removed from the URL, and no longer matches the domain URL to which the purchase code is registered. To resolve this, log into your support account, navigate to the "Licenses" tab, and manage the sub-domain and top-level domain registration there. Click the blue unlink icon next to the domain type for the specific purchase code. Once you have done this, you can navigate to the Avada Dashboard and complete the registration.
