Built Mega Menu not showing

If you are having trouble displaying your Mega Menu, check to see if you are using a Legacy Header. If you are, you will need to replace it by creating a Custom Header Layout and adding your Mega Menu Layout through the Menu Element to your Custom Header. The Mega Menu Builder Menus, not to be confused with the Legacy Mega Menu, will work only with Custom Headers.

How do I unregister a license on a website I no longer have access to?

There are several reasons why you might want to unregister a website, ranging from no longer having access to your website to a registration error saying your purchase code is already being used. In these instances, you can unregister your license from the attached domain by logging in to your My Avada account, navigating to the licenses page , and clicking the unlink icon between the domain type and the domain name. Note that to do that, you should first register your My Avada account if you don't already have one. Please ensure that you add the license to your account via the licenses page .

I am missing hover options for elements

7.10 introduced a new UI feature for hover options in design elements. Instead of showing the different option sets simultaneously, you can now toggle between Default and Hover states to access options for each state. See the example below: If you find that the options are not available as described after updating to 7.10, please clear your cache to resolve this issue.

I have an add_style() PHP error from child theme in 7.9

After updating, ensure you have cleared your browser cache and any plugin cache you have running. If using critical CSS, also regenerate the critical CSS.

I am unable the find the 'send to email' option in Avada forms

Emails are managed via the notification tab in the Avada form options. You can add a new notification which can send emails to your desired email along with automated replies.

I am trying to update my theme to latest version but getting a critical error

This can happen if you are updating from an older version and there is an incompatibility between Avada Core / Avada Builder and theme version itself, the solution is to simply Disable and Delete both Avada Core and Avada Builder plugin(s) manually and then reinstall the latest versions again from the Avada Dashboard.

I am trying to register my site but I get an error that "Your purchased code is being used on another domain"

It means the purchase code is registered to a different domain. This could mean that: The purchase code is registered to a website with a different domain. The website has migrated to a new domain, but the purchase code was not unregistered from the original domain. The domain name is the same, but the domain URL has changed. For example, the "www" prefix has either been added or removed from the URL and no longer matches the domain URL the purchase code is registered to. To resolve this, you can log into your support account, navigate to the "Licenses" tab and manage the sub-domain and top-level domain registration there > https://my.avada.com/licenses/ and click the unlink icon next to the domain type for the specific purchase code - https://d.pr/i/4UYWT6 Once you have done this, you can navigate to the Avada Dashboard from the backend of your site and complete the registration.
