Form

The Consent Field Element allows you to add a Consent field to your Avada Forms. This can be implicit, or approved with a checkbox.

The Textarea Field Element is for forms that require a multi-line text box for extended written information.

The Text Field Element is a basic text field you can use to collect information such as a name or address.

A Submit Button Element is required for any form you build to enable your website visitors to submit form data to a form handler.
