This is an important notice: We want to give our customers clear information about a security issue affecting Avada Core.
What happened
A vulnerability was identified in Avada Core versions up to and including 5.15.6.
What we’ve done to resolve this
To get the fix to customers faster, we’ve packaged Avada Core 5.15.7 and released it as a standalone update, separate from the main Avada update. It is available now to sites running Avada [7.15.6], to avoid compatibility issues on older versions.
What you should do
If your site is on Avada [7.15.6], you’ll see the Avada Core update in your WordPress dashboard — if you are below [7.15.6], please update to [7.15.6] as soon as possible to receive the Avada Core update.
We cannot stress enough the importance of keeping your website up to date and maintained at all times. Please update to [7.15.6] to ensure your installation is issue-free and that the fix detailed above can be applied.
