This error indicates that WordPress cannot download and extract the plugin or theme files from the server. If you receive this error, please navigate to the Avada Dashboard > Status page and check the following “Server Environment” values:

  • cURL
  • ZipArchive

If these server directives are disabled, you will see a red “x” indicating as such, and you will need to contact your web hosting provider to enable them. If you see a green “âś“”, please contact Avada support for further assistance.
