Why am I getting redirected to the homepage when trying to edit forms or layouts using Avada Live editor?

If you are unable to edit your form in the live editor and are instead redirected to the homepage, this may be due to permalinks. Please navigate to the WordPress Dashboard > Settings > Permalinks tab and click the " Save" button. This should refresh your permalinks and solve the issue.

Why did my prebuilt Avada website import fail?

If you are experiencing issues importing any of the Avada prebuilt websites , it may be due to server-specific issues. Firstly, check the Avada system status tab and address any issues highlighted in red. See the How to Adjust System Status Limits help file, or speak to your web hosting company. Use the Continue button. If your import times out after a point when some imported steps have been saved, you can click on continue, and the importer will attempt to complete the remaining steps of the import process. Alternatively, you can use the alternate website import method as described in this help file .

Avada Form Builder Elements not visible

If one or more Avada Form Elements are not visible in the Avada Builder, it's likely because they are disabled in the Avada Builder Options . To resolve this, you must check the Avada Builder Options and ensure the Elements are enabled. Check The Avada Builder Options: Navigate to Avada > Options > Builder Options in the Avada Dashboard. Scroll down to the "Avada Builder Elements" section. Ensure the Element you're looking for has its box ticked to indicate it's enabled.
