When a Design Element is not available to add to your layout, check the following:
- Check if the Element is enabled in Avada > Options > Builder Options.
From this page, ensure that the Element you are looking for has its boxed ticked. Should the box be unticked, the Element will not be available.
- Ensure that you are on the latest version of Avada, as the Element release may have been with a later version.
- Ensure you are editing the correct content type if you are missing either Form or Layout Elements.
