My Avada language files are missing from Avada 7.11.13

You can download the files from here . Once downloaded, please extract the zip and move the files to the corresponding locations. For example, for the Avada.pot , create a new languages folder inside the Avada theme folder, and copy the file there. fusion-builder.pot goes to fusion-builder/languages , and fusion-core.pot goes to fusion-core/languages .

To view the updated X icon of Twitter, please make sure that you are using Avada v7.11.3. If you have recently updated and the icon is still not visible, please clear all caches.

How to renew/extend Avada support

To be eligible to extend or renew support, you must have less than 6 months of support remaining. The support cost is calculated as a percentage of the item price (the price paid for the item license). Element not showing up

When a Design Element is not available to add to your layout, check the following: Check if the Element is enabled in Avada > Options > Builder Options . From this page, ensure that the Element you are looking for has its boxed ticked. Should the box be unticked, the Element will not be available. Ensure that you are on the latest version of Avada, as the Element release may have been with a later version. Ensure you are editing the correct content type if you are missing either Form or Layout Elements.

Why are my Images Blurry?

If you're experiencing blurriness when uploading high-quality images to your website, it could be because the image size selected in the Attachment Display Settings is smaller. To resolve this, ensure the 'Full Size' option from the list is selected when uploading your images, as seen below: If you selected "Full Size" and it's still blurry, ensure the uploaded image is large enough.
