"Compared with my old aids these are smaller, and very lightweight. People don't know that I wear them. The hearing is excellent - no feedback. They are excellent in quiet environments as well as noisy environments. I would highly recommend the Arris PHD for anyone who thinks they need some help with hearing speech. The PHD allows me to be very comfortable when out with friends in a noisy restaurant. Before getting my Arris PHD, I could not carry on a good conversation in a restaurant. The Arris PHD makes me feel safer knowing that I can hear the doorbell ring at my house. Now, I can hear everything the preacher is saying at church. I feel much more confident when driving a car, knowing that I can hear ambulances and other vehicles. The service at Avada is excellent."
